At Pixie Cup, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible to ensure your wardrobe is always full of magic.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and secure the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
